1. The service

YumSub is a browser extension that shows dual subtitles and dictionary lookups on supported video services, plus a paid licence that adds AI translation of subtitle lines. YumSub is not affiliated with Netflix, Disney or YouTube; changes on their side can temporarily break features.

2. Free trial

Each new account gets 7 days of the full version after confirming its email. One trial per person.

3. Prices and payment

Monthly: ৳299 for 30 days. Annual: ৳2,999 for 365 days. Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include any applicable charges. Payment is made through SSLCommerz. Licences do not renew automatically; buying again before a licence ends adds the time on top.

4. Licence and devices

A licence is for your personal use on one device at a time. You may move it to another device yourself, up to once a week. Sharing or reselling a licence is not allowed and may lead to it being revoked without refund.

5. Fair use

A licence includes a generous monthly translation allowance meant for personal viewing. Automated or bulk use is not allowed.

6. Refunds

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or prices; changes never affect time you have already paid for.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have jurisdiction.
