Refund policy

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the full version, so you can check YumSub works for you before paying.

Within 7 days of payment

If you are not happy, write to [fill in config.php → business] within 7 days of a payment with your receipt number (it starts with YS and is on your account page). We refund the full amount to the bKash, Nagad, card or bank account you paid with, and end the licence time that payment bought.

After 7 days

Payments are not refundable after 7 days, except where the service did not work for reasons on our side — in that case we refund the unused part.

How long it takes

We approve refunds within 3 working days. The money then reaches you through SSLCommerz, usually within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or wallet.

Nothing renews automatically

We never charge you again without you choosing to pay. A licence simply ends on its end date.
